Skills Development Camp
The NSWRL Origin Western Sydney Community & Game Development Unit runs a very popular Skills Development Program for 11 – 15 year olds in 2011. The camp is designed to create opportunities for you to advance your skills.

Positional Camp - Halfbacks, fullbacks, hookers and five-eighths:
This two day camp specifically caters to the 'spine' of a Rugby League side. Each participant is put through a series of skill sets specific to their position as well as treated to expert coaching to from NRL players, accredited coaches and special guests.
Camp participants also sit through a series of lectures which outline key indicators, passing lines, defensive patterns, lectures on social media and also lectures by staff from the Blackdog Institute.
They are also given an extensive set of drills they can complete at home which can further continue their progression into the elite pathways available in Rugby League.
These camps are stay in camps, accommodation, meals and equipment is inclusive in the camp price.

This two day camp specifically caters to the 'engine room' of a Rugby League side. Each participant is put through a series of skill sets specific to forwards play as well as treated to expert coaching to from NRL players, accredited coaches and special guests.
Camp participants also sit through a series of lectures which outline key indicators, running lines, defensive patterns, lectures on social media and also tailor made lectures specific to the camp.
They are also given an extensive set of drills they can complete at home which can further continue their progression into the elite pathways available in Rugby League.
These camps are stay in camps, accommodation, meals and equipment is inclusive in the camp price.

Kicking camp:
A one day master class on all the aspects which is required by a modern day kicker in Rugby League.
Participants at this year's camp were coached by former Kangaroos and NSW Blues halfback Brett Kimmorley
Technique, attacking kicks, kick to space, and 40/20 drills were just some of the examples of how this camp is breaking new ground in specific skills set camps.
